Around The World project

So, we just completed a fan project for Sasha's birthday (the birthday jar) and we're already getting people on board for our new project! It'll be a Christmas project! Here's the details of what we'd like you to do;

Okay guys, I just mentioned on Twitter that I've been cooking up a new project, and this one will be a Christmas one. Before you start calling me crazy or being all, "Hang on! It's only May!" take a read, and you'll understand why I'm going to be starting this one at the beginning of August.

So, last summer I went to summer camp to work as a counsellor, and just before the end of camp, the group leader each gave us all a piece of paper with a heart in the middle, and a larger heart around it. We had to write our own name in the smaller heart, and then pass the page around the circle; each person wrote a sentence or a short memory of the named person in the center.

Here's an example of what we mean:

So, (this is where the fun begins) I am proposing that we do this, as a Christmas project, buuuuut instead of emailing in your submissions (memories, compliments, general admirations etc.) about Sasha, we will make this project a chain letter!

Whoever wants to participate, you have until August 30* to email your email address and location to sashafans.info@gmail.com with these email addresses, I will make an online list and number them, e.g;

  1. Lizzie - liz@mailmail.com
  2. Mary - mary@mymail.net
  3. Sasha - sasha@email.com
And so on. Whoever is named after you, you will email them for their mailing address to send on the project. Does this sound good? So, only the person before you has your mailing address, and I'll try and get people close to each other for less shipping charges. The final person on the list will send it back to me (Lizzie) and I will then send it off to Sasha.

* Please note, this project had to be put on hold last year, we are continuing, so as the project travels, feel free to email us if you would like to participate!
